Anti-Trafficking Statement
Last updated: 2026-06-14
This document is written for a premium creator, subscription, digital content, and shop marketplace. It is intended to be read together with the other documents in the Legal Center.
1. Zero Tolerance
TrulyFeetFans prohibits human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, forced labor, debt bondage, blackmail, economic control, and any non-consensual monetization of persons or images.
2. Prohibited Indicators
- A person appears controlled, threatened, monitored, or unable to communicate freely.
- Content is uploaded by a person who is not the depicted adult or lacks consent documentation.
- A third party controls payout, identity documents, device access, or account credentials.
- Threats, debt, immigration pressure, addiction, housing pressure, or blackmail are used to obtain content.
- Any minor involvement, suspected minor involvement, or age ambiguity without verification.
3. Controls
Controls may include identity verification, consent checks, payout review, risk scoring, manual moderation, complaint prioritization, evidence preservation, and authority escalation.
4. Emergency Response
Credible trafficking or exploitation reports may lead to immediate content removal, account suspension, payout hold, and law-enforcement referral where appropriate.
5. Reporting
Urgent safety reports should be sent to noreply@trulyfeetfans.com with the subject 'Urgent Safety'. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
6. Creator and Account Review
Where trafficking indicators appear, the platform may require direct creator contact, fresh selfie verification, payout ownership confirmation, device/session review, proof of consent, and explanation of account management arrangements.
7. Third-Party Control Risks
Accounts controlled by managers, partners, agencies, or promoters can create heightened risk. The platform may require proof that the depicted adult controls their participation, content decisions, earnings access, and account credentials.
8. Payout Controls
Payouts may be paused where there is credible concern that earnings are being diverted, controlled by an exploiter, connected to fraud, or inconsistent with verified creator ownership.
9. Victim-Centered Handling
Reports are handled with confidentiality and a harm-reduction approach. The platform avoids unnecessary disclosure of victim or reporter information and prioritizes rapid containment of harmful content.
10. Cooperation
The platform may cooperate with competent law enforcement, payment providers, child-safety organizations, and anti-trafficking partners where lawful and appropriate.
11. Content Removal and Re-Upload Prevention
Where content is removed due to credible exploitation concerns, the platform may use account history, file metadata, hashes, and manual notes to reduce the risk of re-upload or continued monetization.
12. Training and Escalation
Trust-and-safety personnel should be trained to identify indicators of coercion, third-party control, scripted consent, account takeover, age ambiguity, and payment diversion. Severe indicators require escalation.
13. Confidentiality
Information related to trafficking reports is handled with strict confidentiality. Disclosure is limited to personnel, providers, authorities, and advisors who need the information for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
14. Non-Retaliation
Retaliation against a person who reports trafficking, coercion, or exploitation is prohibited and may lead to account termination and evidence preservation.
15. Prevention of Re-Registration
Users terminated for trafficking, coercion, sexual exploitation, child-safety violations, or similar severe safety breaches may be blocked from re-registration. The platform may retain limited identifiers where lawful and necessary to prevent repeat abuse.
16. Policy Review
This statement should be reviewed periodically against platform risk, creator onboarding practices, payment-provider requirements, moderation outcomes, and changes in anti-trafficking law or enforcement guidance.

Important note: These policies provide the platform operating framework and should be reviewed against the final legal entity details, tax registration, merchant acquiring requirements, and local consumer-law advice before launch in each target jurisdiction.
