Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-14
This document is written for a premium creator, subscription, digital content, and shop marketplace. It is intended to be read together with the other documents in the Legal Center.
1. Core Rule
TrulyFeetFans may be used only for lawful, adult, consensual, rights-cleared activity. Any attempt to use the platform for exploitation, coercion, fraud, illegal content, or rights abuse is prohibited.
2. Absolute Prohibitions
- Any content involving minors or appearing to involve minors in sexual or suggestive contexts.
- Non-consensual intimate content, revenge content, hidden-camera content, voyeurism, blackmail, or extortion.
- Trafficking, forced labor, coercion, threats, debt bondage, recruitment abuse, or exploitation.
- Incest, bestiality, necrophilia, sexual violence, credible threats, serious harm, terrorism, or criminal facilitation.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, stolen content, impersonation, or false rights claims.
- Fraud, money laundering, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, scams, phishing, malware, or account takeover.
3. Consent and Performer Documentation
Creators must hold consent and age documentation for all persons depicted. Consent must cover creation, publication, commercial distribution, platform hosting, and any paid access made available.
4. Platform Integrity
- No scraping, crawling, automated extraction, or AI dataset collection.
- No bypassing paywalls, geoblocks, watermarking, verification, rate limits, or moderation tools.
- No spam, bots, fake engagement, fake reviews, or coordinated manipulation.
5. Enforcement
The platform may warn, remove content, restrict visibility, suspend features, freeze payouts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report severe matters to authorities or payment providers.
6. Reporting
Violations may be reported to noreply@trulyfeetfans.com or through the Complaints and Illegal Content Notices page.
7. Adult Content Specific Standards
Adult content must be consensual, lawful, accurately represented, and supported by age and consent documentation. Content must not falsely imply that a person agreed to publication, that a person is available for services outside the platform, or that a private individual endorses the content.
8. Misleading Commercial Conduct
- Creators may not misrepresent subscription benefits, delivery times, physical product qualities, custom-content scope, or refund eligibility.
- Buyers may not use threats of chargeback, exposure, review bombing, or reports to coerce free content or private information.
- Promoters may not use deceptive landing pages, false age claims, fake identity claims, or misleading earnings promises.
9. Privacy and Doxxing Rules
Publishing another person's private address, phone number, identity documents, workplace, family details, bank details, private social accounts, or location information without lawful basis is prohibited. Attempts to pressure creators or users into revealing private identity details are also prohibited.
10. Sanctions and Restricted Activity
The platform may restrict accounts, payments, or access where sanctions, export-control, payment-network, age-verification, or local-law concerns arise. Users must not use VPNs, proxy identities, third-party payment instruments, or false residence information to bypass lawful restrictions.
11. Evidence Preservation
When a serious violation is reported, the platform may preserve content, metadata, messages, payment records, verification records, and login data to support investigation, legal defense, and authority cooperation.
12. Repeat Violator Policy
Repeated violations are evaluated cumulatively. A user who repeatedly violates different policy categories may still be treated as a repeat violator even if each individual violation appears moderate in isolation.
13. Buyer Conduct
Buyers and subscribers must not pressure creators for prohibited material, attempt to move illegal transactions off-platform, request personal meetings through misleading payment descriptions, threaten disclosure, or use private messages to solicit unlawful services. Buyer misconduct can lead to the same enforcement measures as creator misconduct.

Important note: These policies provide the platform operating framework and should be reviewed against the final legal entity details, tax registration, merchant acquiring requirements, and local consumer-law advice before launch in each target jurisdiction.
